Good morning.
Below is a story I read.
Once a group of “successful” young professionals went to visit their old professor. They were all complaining of stress. The old professor walked into the kitchen and came back with coffee and several cups, all different, some cheap and
simple, some beautiful, expensive and well decorated. The visitors rushed for the cups and helped themselves to the coffee.
Afterwards, the professor told them: “Do you see the reason for your worries and stress? When I brought you the cups you all went for the better and more expensive cups, perhaps without noticing. The coffee is our life, the cups are our work, money, meetings, social commitments, etc. They do not add quality to the coffee, they simply support the coffee, but the coffee remains the same. If we focus our attention on the cups we lose perspective in our lives, the cups are there for the coffee and not vice-versa.” Therefore lead a simple life and focus on its essential aspects, and the rest will be given to you in a simple and beautiful manner.(source: Unknown)

This is very insightful,i have never looked at life from the ‘coffee perspective’…. very interesting.
